On August 27, 2027, the Mesnerhaus will become the exclusive stage for two legends of Austrian gastronomy: We warmly welcome Christa Hollerer and Ulli Hollerer-Reichl to Mauterndorf. For almost three decades, the sisters shaped Austrian culinary history with their two-toque country inn “Zum Blumentritt” in St. Aegyd am Neuwalde.

While head chef Ulli Hollerer-Reichl was celebrated for her masterful, regionally rooted award-winning cuisine, sommelier Christa Hollerer expertly guided her guests through a wine cellar with over 350 exquisite selections. Even though they closed their own establishment in autumn 2025 – their burning passion for top-class Austrian cuisine remains.

On this special summer evening, we celebrate the reunion of two houses in Mauterndorf that share a profound philosophy: a deep sense of place, sincere warmth, and the conviction that magnificent food brings people together.
