Despite careful recording of your allergy and intolerance information (see Privacy Policy) and the utmost care in preparation in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee complete freedom from cross-contamination of our dishes with allergens, as our kitchen works with a wide variety of ingredients. We strongly recommend that guests with severe or life-threatening allergies coordinate personally with our service team or kitchen on-site. The allergen labeling provided on the website and in menus is given to the best of our knowledge in accordance with statutory labeling requirements, but does not replace individual consultation in specific cases.
4. No Liability for Force Majeure
We accept no liability for the non-performance or delayed performance of services due to circumstances of force majeure (e.g., natural events, official orders, operational disruptions at third-party providers engaged), without prejudice to the provisions of our General Terms and Conditions and mandatory statutory provisions.
