Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 18(1)(10) FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for the following contracts concluded via this website, as they provide for a service to be performed on a specific date or within a specific period:

• Room bookings (accommodation contracts)
• Table reservations in the restaurant
• Tickets for events on a fixed date (e.g. Musiksommer concerts)
• Package offers with a fixed period of stay

For these bookings, the cancellation and withdrawal conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions and in the respective offer or booking process apply.

A right of withdrawal does, however, apply to the purchase of general-value vouchers that are not tied to a specific date or event, in accordance with the provisions above.
